Terms of service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms of service govern access to and use of RadarLeads, the B2B lead generation platform that turns public business information into prospect-ready lists. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using any RadarLeads feature, you accept these Terms in full. If you use RadarLeads on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and references to “you” include that company.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By registering, subscribing to a plan or using the service in any form, you state that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy policy and our Public data policy, which form an integral part of the contract. If you disagree with any part of them, you must not use RadarLeads. The version published on this page is the one in force at any given time.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, in applicable regulation or in our business practices. We will publish any modification on this page at least fifteen (15) calendar days in advance when the change is material, and will notify active account holders by email. Continuing to use RadarLeads after a modification takes effect implies acceptance of it.
2. Description of the service
RadarLeads lets you search, organize and export public business information (name, category, address, published phone, website, ratings and public reviews) across LATAM and Spain markets, and deliver it in sales-ready formats such as Excel or CSV. The service includes monthly search and lead credits according to your plan, a history dashboard and export tooling.
We improve the product continuously: we may add, change or retire secondary features without altering the essence of the contracted service. Searches rely on third-party data and infrastructure providers, so response times may vary; if a provider becomes unavailable, the credits tied to a failed search are automatically refunded.
3. Accounts and security
To use RadarLeads you need an account with accurate and complete information: name, email address and, where applicable, company. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must report any unauthorized use you detect immediately to contacto@radarleads.com.
The account belongs to you or to the contracting company and must not be shared across different organizations. One person or team may use the account per session; if you need additional seats, contact us and we will enable them. You must have legal capacity to contract, and minors may not create accounts.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Plans are charged as monthly subscriptions through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically at the start of each cycle unless cancelled. Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude local taxes that may apply, which will be added where the law requires. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge for the plan you selected.
The free trial grants 15 leads and 3 searches for 7 calendar days with no charge and no card required. Each plan includes a monthly pool of leads and searches that resets at the start of every cycle; unused credits do not roll over and are not refundable as money. You can cancel at any time from the billing page: you will keep access and remaining credits until the end of the period already paid, with no further charges.
If a payment fails (for example, an expired card), we will retry and notify you; suspension only happens after several failed attempts and prior notice. Refunds follow the policy displayed on the pricing page and applicable consumer protection law.
5. Acceptable use
RadarLeads exists to enable honest commercial outreach to businesses. By using it you undertake to comply with the law applicable to your campaigns, including anti-spam rules, public telemarketing do-not-call registries and data protection regulations in every country where you contact prospects (among others, the GDPR in Spain and the LFPDPPP in Mexico).
In particular, the following are not allowed:
- Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the raw data as a competing data product, or publishing it in public directories.
- Using the service to contact private individuals for non-business purposes (consumer lists) or for discriminatory, deceptive or unlawful ends.
- Extracting data through automated scraping of our platform, circumventing plan limits or sharing credentials across organizations.
- Attacking the infrastructure, interfering with other customers’ use or reverse-engineering the service.
- Ignoring opt-out requests from businesses that do not wish to be contacted; we provide the provenance of each record so you can honor removals quickly.
6. Data, ownership and provenance
The data RadarLeads delivers comes from public sources anyone can consult, as detailed in the Public data policy. We do not warrant that the information is complete, current or error-free: businesses change phone numbers, close down or move, and public sources do not always reflect it immediately. That is why every lead includes a link to its source listing so you can verify before you reach out.
You own your exported lists and the commercial use you make of them in your sales activity. RadarLeads retains all rights over the platform, its software, its brand and the internal databases derived from its operation. The service and its content do not constitute legal, tax or business advice.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service continuously available, but we may perform scheduled maintenance or respond to incidents beyond our control (for example, outages of data or cloud providers). We do not commit to a specific availability percentage under the current plan, although we will give reasonable advance notice of planned downtime affecting searches.
Support is provided by email at contacto@radarleads.com in Spanish and English within one business day; Agency plan customers receive priority and hands-on campaign help. Billing questions, business removals and rights requests are handled through the same channel.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadarLeads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of business data or substitution costs arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts actually paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to it.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for willful misconduct or harm to life or health, nor non-waivable consumer rights. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, except for obligations that mandatory law imposes on the provider.
9. Suspension and termination
You may end the relationship at any time by cancelling your subscription; definitive account closure can be requested by email. We may suspend or close an account immediately for serious breaches of these Terms — for example, data resale, automated abuse or payment fraud — with notice where feasible.
When the service ends on our side or upon a requested account closure, we will keep your exports available for download for thirty (30) calendar days, unless the law requires their retention or prevents their delivery. After that period, account data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy policy.
10. Governing law, jurisdiction and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Mexican States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s place of residence. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably for thirty (30) calendar days and, failing that, submitted to the competent courts of the city of RadarLeads’ registered address, save for any alternative forum the law grants to consumers.
You can reach us at any time with questions about these Terms at contacto@radarleads.com. The Spanish version prevails over the English translation in case of discrepancy between the two.
