Verified emails, deduplicated rows and export-ready lists

Every contact email in a RadarLeads list passes a verification pipeline — syntax check plus a live mail-server check — before it reaches your export. Lists ship deduplicated in CSV or Excel, stay re-downloadable from your search history, and the same verification is available free on your own lists at /free/email-verifier, up to 500 emails per check with no signup.

What this feature does

An unverified email list is a liability dressed as an asset: every bad address is a bounce, every bounce chips away at your domain reputation, and a burned domain quietly turns every future campaign into spam-folder roulette. RadarLeads builds verification into the pipeline instead of leaving it to you. The email on each lead is checked for correct syntax and against the live mail server before it ever lands in your export, so the list you download is one you can send to on day one.

Export is built for working lists, not raw dumps. Rows are deduplicated so the same business never appears twice, results come as CSV or Excel ready for a CRM import or a dialer, and every past search stays re-downloadable from your history — your territory map from last quarter is still there when the client asks for it. If you want to test the verification itself before touching the product, the free email verifier runs the same syntax-plus-MX check on up to 500 of your own emails per check, with no signup.

Capabilities

Syntax check on every address

The first gate catches malformed addresses — typos in the domain, missing at-signs, invalid characters — before any deeper check runs. It is fast, free of side effects, and removes the bulk of obviously dead emails from every list.

Live mail-server (MX) verification

After syntax, the pipeline queries the domain’s mail records and confirms the mailbox will accept mail. This is the check that separates a real, deliverable inbox from a lookalike address, and it runs on every lead email before export.

LLM fallback sourcing

When a business email is not sitting in plain text on the website, an LLM reads the site’s contact pages and extracts it. That recovers the long tail of addresses that simple scrapers miss, and each recovered address then goes through the same verification gates as the rest.

Automatic deduplication

Exports are deduplicated across rows and across searches, so the same business never appears twice in one file — and never silently burns two of your credits. Clean lists also mean accurate campaign metrics: one business, one send, one outcome.

CSV and Excel export

Download any list as CSV or XLSX with all fields intact — name, phone, website, rating, review count, verified email and AI enrichment. The formats drop straight into a CRM, a dialer or a mail-merge tool without reshaping the sheet.

Free verifier for your own lists

The standalone email verifier at /free/email-verifier checks up to 500 emails per run with no signup, using the same pipeline that vets RadarLeads leads. Clean a legacy list, verify a purchased one, or benchmark us against your current tool — free.

Frequently asked questions

Are the emails in a RadarLeads export verified?

Yes. Every address passes a two-stage pipeline — syntax validation followed by a live mail-server check — before it reaches your export. Addresses that fail are not shipped as valid contacts. This is why lists download clean and why bounce rates on RadarLeads data stay low enough to protect your sending domain.

What does the free email verifier do?

The free verifier at /free/email-verifier runs the same syntax and live MX checks used on RadarLeads leads against up to 500 of your own emails per check, with no signup required. It exists so you can test the verification quality directly — on a legacy list or a competitor’s export — before committing to the product.

What formats can I export my leads to?

Lists export to CSV and Excel (XLSX) with every field intact: business name, phone, website, Google rating and review count, verified contact email and the AI enrichment fields. Rows are deduplicated on export, and any past search can be re-downloaded from your history at no extra cost.

How does deduplication work across searches?

RadarLeads deduplicates within a search and across your exports, keyed on the business identity rather than a raw string match. The same business found in two different searches will not appear twice in your files, and you will not spend credits twice on rows you already own.
